摘 要:近年来小龙虾(Procambarus clarkii)已成为中国重要的水产经济养殖动物,是目前中国水产业中发展最为迅速和最有潜力的养殖品种之一。小龙虾的养殖虽然发展势头迅猛,但养殖技术仍处于初级阶段,亟待提高。对小龙虾生物学特性的了解是探索和提高养殖技术和创新养殖模式的前提。对小龙虾的生物学特性及其主要养殖模式进行了总结和阐述,以期为小龙虾的养殖提供借鉴。In recent years, red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii) has become an important aquaculture animal in China,which is one of the most rapid and potential aquaculture species in Chinese aquaculture industry. Although the development of the crayfish is very rapid, however the aquaculture technology is still in the initial stage, which needs to be improved urgently. The understanding on the biological characteristics of the crayfish is the precondition for its exploration and improvement of breeding technology, and for finding innovative farming mode. Thus, in order to provide references for the crayfish breeding, the biological characteristics of the crayfish and its main breeding mode were summarized and elaborated.
