藏獒犬链球菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从病死藏獒的病变器官组织中分离培养病原菌,根据细菌培养分离、染色、镜检、生化试验、药敏试验及核酸鉴定等方法确诊该病原菌为犬链球菌。药敏试验结果表明,该分离菌对头孢噻呋钠、罗红霉素、替米考星、氧氟沙星、林可霉素、氨苄西林等药物敏感,对多西环素中等敏感,对阿米卡星耐药。分离菌16S r RNA与犬链球菌(CG40)同源性达到99.2%。The pathogenic bacteria from the dead bodies of the lesions in organs and tissues of tibetan mastiff was isolated and cultured, according to the diagnosis of bacterial isolation and culture, staining, microscopy, biochemical test, drug sensitive test and the results of 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis, the pathogenic bacteria was proved to be Streptococcus canis.The results of antibiotic susceptibility testing demonstrated that, the Streptococcus canis was highly sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, roxithromycin, tilmicosin, ofloxacin, lincomycin, ampicillin, medium sensitive to doxycycline, resistance to amikacin.Their 16 S r RNA was closely related to Strephtococcus canis（CG40） with homologies of 99.2%.
