江汉平原农户土地转入规模影响因素分析——基于荆州市265户农户的调查数据  

Analysis on Influence Factors of Farmer Households' Land Transfer Scale in Jianghan Plain——Based on the Survey Data from 265 Farmer Households of Jingzhou City

摘　　要：基于江汉平原荆州市265户农户调研数据,分析了目前农村农户的土地、资产、收入、家庭特征等特点,并运用Tobit模型对农户的土地转入规模影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,对土地转入规模有显著正影响的有户主受教育程度、农业年收入、是否拥有农机、是否签订协议,对土地转入规模有显著负影响的有户主年龄、户主就业性质、原有土地面积。Based on the survey data from 265 farmer households in Jingzhou city of Jianghan Plain, the farmland, assets,income, and family characteristics of current farmer households were analyzed. The Tobit model was used to empirically analyze the factors influencing the farmer households＇ land transfer scale. The results showed that the education, agricultural annual income, whether or not having agricultural machinery and signing agreement of householder had significantly positive effects on land transfer scale, and the age, the nature of employment, and the original land area of householder had significantly negative effects on land transfer scale.
