摘　　要：加强检察官职业道德保障既是响应新时期法治国家建设的必然要求,也是促进检察官职业队伍建设的内在需要。新时期下,我国检察官职业道德保障既迎来了新的发展契机,也面临着检察院部分职能转隶、检察官道德规范一体性不强、德行伦理和职责道德界线模糊、"互联网+"检查模式等一系列新的挑战。因此,必须坚持忠诚、为民、担当、公正、廉洁的道德内核,同时要继续加强制度创新建设,不断完善检察官职业道德规范体系,增强检察官培训机制、绩效考评机制、职业责任机制建设,积极探索与新时期发展相适应的合理路径。To strengthen the guarantee of occupational ethics for prosecutors is not only the inevitable requirements for the construction of legal country in the new era, but also the internal needs for promoting the construction of prosecutors^ professional ranks. In the new era,the guarantee of occupational ethics of the country＇s prosecutors has faced new opportunities of development. It has also faced the transfer of some functions of procuratorates,such as lack of unified integrity of the prosecutorsy ethics,blurred boundaries of ethics and responsibilities, “ Internet ＋” mode of inspection and a series of new challenges. Therefore, ＇we should adhere to the moral core of loyalty,serving the people,responsibility,impartiality and honesty. At the same time,＇we should also continue to strengthen institutional innovation,constantly improve the prosecutors’ occupational ethics system, and strengthen the prosecutor training mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, and occupational liability mechanism. And finally we should actively explore reasonable paths for the procuratorial development in the new era.
