摘  要:针对废旧铅酸电池破碎排放的高酸水酸度高、杂质少的特点,研究了其净化后在工业硫酸生产中送入干吸工序产出硫酸的可行性及生产实践。将过滤后的高酸水补入浓酸循环槽使用,可减少污酸处理压力和污酸中和反应产生的污泥量,降低了污酸及污泥处理成本,变废为宝。According to the characteristics of high acid strength and low impurity of the acid water in the waste lead-acid batteries,the feasibility and industrial application of introducing the acid water after purification treatment to the dry absorption tower to produce sulphuric acid was studied.The filtered acid water was added to the concentrated acid circulation tank,which reduced the loads of waste acid treatment and the amounts of sludge generated during the waste acid treatment,decreased the operating cost of waste acid and sludge treatment,and turned waste into profits.
