新型稳流型分酸器在冶炼烟气制酸中的应用实践

摘　　要：介绍了干吸塔3种分酸器的结构特点以及设计、制造、使用过程中的优缺点。新型稳流型分酸器具有分酸均匀、耐腐蚀使用寿命长、操作弹性大、性能稳定的特点,在实际应用中取得较好效果,干燥塔、一吸塔及二吸塔出口酸雾质量浓度分别达到18,22及20 mg/m^3。The structural characteristics of the three types of acidic liquid distributors applied in the dry absorption tower and the advantages and disadvantages of design,manufacture and actual operation for each type of distributors are described.The innovate steady flow type liquid distributor showed the characteristics of uniform liquid distribution,excellent corrosion resistance,long lifespan,flexibility in operation,and stable performance.It has achieved good results in actual operations.The acid mist concentration from the drying tower,the first-stage and the second-stage absorption towers were 18,22,and 20 mg/m^3 ,respectively.
