摘 要:介绍了烟气脱硫工艺方案选择及其应遵循的原则。结合西北铅锌冶炼厂制酸尾气氧化锌法脱硫的工业实践,详细介绍了氧化锌法制酸尾气脱硫的工艺原理、流程及试生产运行情况;结合工程实践,列举了氧化锌脱硫系统在设计、运行中需要注意的几个问题。该脱硫装置排放气体ρ(SO_2)低于100 mg/m^3,硫酸雾质量浓度在15~20 mg/m^3,颗粒物质量浓度在20 mg/m^3左右,满足环保要求。The selection of flue gas desulphurization process scheme and the principles to be followed were introduced.Combinedwith the industrial practice of zinc oxide desulphurization of tail gas of acid-making in northwest lead and zinc smelter,the paper intro-duced the technological principle,process and operation of zinc oxide process for tail gas desulphurization during trial run in detail.Com-bined with engineering practice,some problems needed to be paid attention to in the design and operation of zinc oxide desulphurizationsystem were listed.During trial operation of the desulphurization unit,ρ(SO2) was less than 100 mg/ m3,the sulphuric acid mist was 15-20 mg/ m3,and the particulate matter was about 20 mg/ m3 in emission tail gas,which met the requirements of environmental protection.
