论帖木儿帝国的政治统治

摘　　要：帖木儿帝国(1370—1507年)在其130多年的统治中,成功采取了多种手段维持社会稳定。帖木儿帝国采取的统治制度有以下特点:一,在察合台汗系最高统治者之下,设置了有效的中央和地方行政和司法机构;二,建立军事管理机构以强化帝国的军事力量。以上措施和政策保证了帝国的统治。Timurid Empires successfully adopted many methods to maintain its social stability during its 130-year reign （1370-1507）. The governing system adopted by the Empires was featured as follows： 1） under the supreme ruler of Chagatai Khan, effective central and local administrative and judicial institutions were set up;and 2） establishing military management institutions to strengthen the military strength of the Empires. These above measures and policies ensured the Empires’ governance.
