摘 要:为了研究沙棘不同部位总黄酮含量的差异,以山西省右玉县沙棘为原料,采用乙醇回流法制备黄酮提取液,采用分光光度法测定沙棘不同部位总黄酮含量。试验结果表明,沙棘叶中总黄酮含量最高,沙棘叶、果肉、全果渣、果皮、籽中的总黄酮含量分别为2.24%,0.95%,0.89%,0.51%,0.31%;叶中总黄酮含量分别是果肉、全果渣、果皮、籽的2.36倍、2.52倍、4.39倍、7.23倍。因此,从沙棘叶中提取黄酮,黄酮含量高、成本低,不与其它加工争原料,可为沙棘全株加工利用提供广阔的前景。To study the difference of total flavonoids content in different parts of Hippophae rhamnoides , the total flavonoids content in different parts of Hippophae rhamnoides was determined by spectrophotometry with Hippophae rhamnoides grown in Youyu of Shanxi province as material and flavonoids extract was prepared by ethanol refluxing method. The results showed that the concent of total flavonoids in Hippophae rhamnoides leaves were the highest, and the concents in leaves, pulp, pomace, pericarp, seed were 0.24%, 0.95%, 0.89%, 0.51%, 0.31% respectively. The concent of total flavonoids in leaves was 2.36, 2.52, 4.39, 7.23 times higher than that in pulp, pomace, pericarp and seed. Thus extracting total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides leaves did not compete with other processing materials. It could provide a more extensive prospects for processing and utilization of the whole plant of Hippophae rhamnoides because the content of total flavonoids was higher and the cost was lower.
