摘 要:笔者以山西省沙棘主产区岢岚县、右玉县、关帝山3地沙棘叶为试材,采用《中国药典》沙棘项下方法测定总黄酮含量,比较分析了不同产地、不同采摘时期以及不同雌雄沙棘叶总黄酮含量的变化。结果表明:不同产地沙棘叶总黄酮含量为岢岚县>右玉县>关帝山;沙棘叶总黄酮含量随采摘时期不同大致呈现双峰曲线,6月至8月总黄酮含量相对较高,其余时间含量较低;雌株沙棘叶总黄酮含量平均值略低于雄株。可为评价和利用沙棘叶资源提供一定的参考依据。Hippophae rhamnoides leaves from the main production areas in Shanxi province such as Kelan County, Youyu County and Guandi Mountain were used as test materials. The total flavonoids content was determined by using the method from Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The changes of flavonoids content of different production areas, different picking time and different genders were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the total flavonoids content of different production areas was Kelan County 〉 Youyu County 〉 Guandi Mountain. The total flavonoids content showed an bimodal curve over time and the content from June to August was higher than the remaining time. The total flavonoids content of female Hippophae rhamnoides leaves was higher than that of male plants. These could provide a certain reference for the evaluation and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides leaves resources.
