摘  要:笔者以华北落叶松苗木为研究对象,采用区组设计,分别在生长初期、速生前期、速生后期和硬化期测定苗木的生长指标及叶片中保护性酶活性和大量元素含量,并对数据进行处理分析。结果表明:华北落叶松苗木高生长属全期生长型,地径生长量在生长初期最大,苗高和地径的生长高峰交错出现;叶绿素含量和根系活力在速生期间达到最大;3种酶活性在苗木硬化期达到最大。苗高和叶绿素、Fe,Ca含量呈显著的线性相关;地径与K,Zn,Cu含量呈显著的线性相关。Growth index, protective enzyme activity and element content of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr seedlings in initial growth stage, early fast-growing stage, late fast-growing stage and hardening stage were measured using block design. Results showed that the seedling height growth belonged to whole growth type and the growth of ground diameter was the largest in the initial growth stage. The growth peak of seedling height and ground diameter interacted. Chlorophyll content and root activity reached the maximum during fast-growing stage. Activities of 3 kinds of enzymes reached the maximum during seedling hardening stage. There were significant linear correlations between seedling height and chlorophyll, Fe, Ca content. There were significant linear correlations between ground diameter and K, Zn, Cu content.
