摘 要:为研究开口肋、闭口肋对钢-UHPC(超高性能混凝土)组合桥面受力性能的影响,基于主跨228 m的独塔自锚式悬索桥——湘潭昭华湘江大桥,比较了传统钢正交异性板钢箱梁、U肋加劲组合桥面系钢箱梁、球扁钢加劲组合桥面系钢箱梁3种加劲梁方案。采用ANSYS有限元软件计算并对比分析了3种方案的承载力和疲劳性能,同时比较了3种方案的制作安装工艺和经济性。研究结果表明,球扁钢加劲组合桥面系钢箱梁方案受力性能好、经济性优,是适用于大跨径桥梁加劲梁的合理桥面系形式。In order to study the effects of open ribs and closed ribs on the mechanical properties of steel-UHPC composite bridge deck system,the Xiangtan Zhao Hua Xiangjiang Bridge,which is a single-tower and self-anchored suspension bridge with a main span of 228 meters,was studied. The study compared three different types of deck systems,including the tradition orthotropic steel box girder with SMA overlay,the U-rib stiffened steel-UHPC composite deck girder and ball-flat steel stiffened steel-UHPC composite deck girder. The ANSYS finite element software was used to calculate and analyze the bearing capacity and fatigue performance of the three deck systems. Meanwhile,the economy of the three schemes and the manufacturing and installation process were also compared. The results indicated that ball-flat steel stiffened steel-UHPC composite deck girder was of good mechanical behavior and excellent in economy,which was a suitable deck system for long-span bridges with steel box girder.
