摘 要:为研究建筑用钢材料的不定性,同时为GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》的修编提供参考,以3种加载速度(1,17,50 MPa/s)对3种吨位(10,60,100 t)试验机的260个钢板试件进行拉伸试验,研究了钢材拉伸试验机加载速度和试验机柔度对钢材拉伸试验的影响。建议:建筑钢材拉伸试验加载速度应统一到一定范围(15~20 MPa/s),并根据试件的预估屈服荷载来合理选择试验机的吨位,从而确保试验不定性的精度范围,并与国际标准相符。To study the indefiniteness of building steel,and to provide reference for the revision of Code for Design of Steel Structure( GB 50017—2003),the tensile tests for 260 building steel specimens were completed through three different loading speed( 1,17,50 MPa/s) on three kinds of tonnage( 10 tons,60 tons and 100 tons) of the testing machine. Then the influence of loading speed and flexibility of testing machine on the tensile tests were studied. In order to ensure the test qualitative range and be in conformity with international standards,the loading speed of building steel tensile test should be unified to a certain range( 15 ~ 20 MPa/s),and the tonnage of the testing machine should be reasonably selected according to the estimated yield load of the specimens.
