摘  要:总结了离子交换合金膜在亲水性能、成膜性能、耐污染性能、机械强度方面的优点和提升空间,并且对于可调控的成膜过程中对于膜性能有影响的的主要因素进行了讨论。分析表明,相容性是影响膜性能与结构最重要的因素,改善膜性能可以从相容性的提高着手。认为膜材料也是影响膜性能的关键因素,不仅可以使用不同膜材料进行合金膜制备的尝试,也可使用某种性能十分突出的高分子材料对合金膜进行特定性能的提高改性。这种膜性能易改善与提高的特点,为离子交换合金膜制备领域开出了一条有着广阔发展前景的新道路。The advantages and room for improvement of the polymer alloy membranes on the hydrophilic, film-forming performance, pollution-resistant and mechanical strength were summarized, and the main influencing factors to membrane properties in film-forming process was discussed. The analysis showed that, the compatibility is the most important factor to alloy membrane performance and structure, membrane performance can be enhanced in improving the compatibility. Membrane material is also a key factor to membrane performance, not only kinds of membrane material can be used to preparation of alloy membrane for better performance, but also some polymer material which has certain outstanding performance, can be used for improving specific performance of membrane. Due to this characteristics of polymer alloy membranes, which is easier to enhance membrane performance, there will be a new way for the preparation of ion exchange alloy membrane with vast development prospect.
