Graphene Oxide/Chitosan Aerogel as A Novel Filtering Material for the Removal of Cationic/Anionic Organic Pollutants

摘  要:采用氧化石墨烯与壳聚糖为基本原料,先形成水凝胶再冻干制备了氧化石墨烯-壳聚糖气凝胶材料。在X射线衍射和红外光谱表征的基础上,研究其对亚甲蓝和甲基橙的吸附效果。结果表明,氧化石墨烯含量越高,对亚甲蓝和甲基橙的吸附效果越好,吸附反应中,静电力占主导地位,而有机分子和氧化石墨烯之间的π-π疏水分配及壳聚糖对气凝胶结构的优化也具有一定作用。对亚甲蓝的吸附快于甲基橙,但吸附过程都更符合准2级动力学模型。采用Na OH和HCl可以对吸附了亚甲蓝和甲基橙的氧化石墨烯-壳聚糖进行脱附与再生。在动态滤柱吸附实验中,氧化石墨烯-壳聚糖填充密度小(25 g/L)、孔隙率高(92.5%),表现出了良好的水稳性。实验条件下,对亚甲蓝的去除效果优于甲基橙。Graphene oxide and chitosan used as basic materials, graphene oxide/chitosan aerogel materials were developed by forming hydrogel followed by lyophilizing. ARer characterization with X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy measurements, the materials were investigated for the adsorption of methylene blue and methyl orange. The results showed that the removal performance of methylene blue and methyl orange increased with increase the content of graphene oxide. In the adsorption process, it was proposed that electrostatic attraction played a dominant role but -^-Ir hydrophobic interaction between the organic compounds and graphene oxide as well as the optimization of structure of the aerogel by chitosan also had some contribution. The adsorption of methylene blue had a faster kinetics than methyl orange, but the adsorption kinetic data of the two dyes were fitted well with the pseudo- second order model. The desorption and regeneration of graphene oxide and chitosan with met hylene blue and methyl orange adsorption were successfully achieved by using NaOH and HCI. In the dynamic adsorption column experiments, the graphene oxide/chitosan aerogel as a filtering material showed good stability in water and had a low packing density (25 g/L) and a high porosity (92.5%). Under the experimental conditions, the removal efficiency of methylene blue was better than that of methyl orange.
