摘 要:为使养猪废水中的氮磷等以植物营养液的形式得以资源化利用,并有效去除其中重金属污染物,对木质、煤质、杏壳和椰壳4种活性炭进行柠檬酸改性,并考察对养猪废水厌氧发酵液中Cr(VI)的吸附效果。结果表明,4种改性活性炭中椰壳活性炭对Cr(VI)的吸附率最高。在常温、p H为4、吸附6 h、0.6 g的改性椰壳活性炭处理质量浓度50mg/L的Cr(VI)溶液,吸附率为100%,是原椰壳活性炭对Cr(VI)吸附率的2.3倍。吸附过程遵循Langmuir等温吸附方程,最大吸附容量7.933 mg/g,是原活性炭5.9倍;且改性活性炭对Cr(VI)的吸附符合准2级动力学模型。优化吸附条件下,改性椰壳活性炭对实际养猪废水厌氧发酵液中吸附Cr(VI)去除率提高近50个百分点,达到了61.32%。In order to make nitrogen and phosphorus in swine wastewater be utilized in the form of plant nutrient solution, and to remove heavy metal pollutants effectively, the four kinds of activated carbon, wood, coal, apricot shell and coconut shell were modified by citric acid. The adsorption effect of Cr(CI) by citric acid modified activated carbon in anaerobic fermentation broth of swine wastewater was investigated. The results showed that the modified coconut shell activated carbon had the best adsorption effect on Cr(VI). The adsorption rate of Cr(VI) was 100% under the room temperature, pH was 4, modified activated carbon was 0.6g, adsorption time was 6 hours and the initial Cr(VI) mass concentration was 50 mg/L. The adsorption rate was 2.3 times of the original coconut shell activated carbon. The adsorption process fitted the Langmuir adsorption isotherms and the quasi-second order kinetics equation. The maximum adsorption capacity was 7.933 mg/g, which was 5.9 times of the original activated carbon. Under the optimized adsorption conditions, the modified coconut shell activated carbon increased the adsorption capacity of Cr(VI) in the anaerobic fermentation broth of swine waste- water by nearly 50 percent point, reached 61.32%.
