摘 要:为实现钴冶炼废渣的资源化利用,以钴渣为主要原料制备了水处理用陶粒滤料。通过正交与单因素实验研究了各制备工艺参数对陶粒滤料性能的影响。结果表明,在钴渣与河砂质量比3:1,添加剂Na HCO_3、Ca(OH)_2与锯末的加入质量分数分别为6.25%、10%、25%,煅烧温度1 125℃,保温时间1 h的条件下,所制备的陶粒滤料性能较优。利用该陶粒作滤料的曝气生物滤池处理含氨氮模拟污水时,接种挂膜后,在COD/ρ(TN)为2:1、气水体积比为3:1、HRT为3.22 h的条件下,运行至21 d左右后,NH_4^+-N去除率达77%左右。该多孔陶粒的生物负载量达0.047 g/g,可为曝气生物滤池工艺提供一种新的功能载体材料。In order to realize resource utilization of industrial cobalt residue, ceramsite filter material for water treatment was prepared with the main raw material of cobalt residue. The effects of process parameters on ceramsite filter performances were investigated through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimized raw materials ratios were the mass ratio of cobalt residue to sand was 3:1, the mass fraction of NaHCO3, Ca(OH)2 and sawdust additions were 6.25%, 10%o and 25%, respectively, and under 1 125 ℃ of sintering temperature, holding time was 1 h, the performances of the prepared ceramsite were optimized. The caramsite filter was used in biological aerated filter process for ammonia nitrogen containing simulated wastewater, after microorganism inoculated, the process was operated under conditions of COD/p(TN) was 2/1, volume ratio of gas to water was 3:1 and the hydraulic retention time was 3.22 h, the removal rate of NH4+-N reached 77%. The ceramsite could be applied as novel functional filler for biological aerated filter process as it has a biological load capacity of 47 mg/g.
