摘 要:利用Fluent模拟膜片在热处理过程中膜面上的不同温度分布情况,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)原子力显微镜(AFM)分析和全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(ATR-FT IR)对Fluent软件模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,膜片在最高温度时,膜片表面的聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量最高;温度从高到低变化时,膜片的粗糙度Ra从0.075μm升至0.222μm。温度最高,膜片的性能最好,膜片截留率为99.3%,水通量为88.2 L/(m^2·h);随着温度的升高,复合膜表面PVA含量增加,这与实际的实验过程相符。Fluent模拟结果应用在膜热处理过程中是可行并且有效的。Fluent was used to simulate the different temperature distributions on the membrane surface during heat treatment. The Fluent simulation results of Fluent software were verified by SEM, AFM and ATR-FT IR. The results showed that, the PVA content of the membrane surface was the highest at the highest temperature, and the roughness of the membrane changed from 0.075 μm to 0.222 μm when the temperature decreased. When the temperature was the highest, the membrane performance was the best, the membrane rejection was 99.3%, and the water flux was 88.2 L/(m2·h). The PVA content of composite membrane surface increased with the increase of temperature, which was consistent with the actual experimental process. Fluent simulation results applied in membrane heat treatment process was feasible and effective.
