摘  要:为探究填料尺寸对序批式生物膜系统的影响,采用边长分别为1、1.5、2 cm的立方体海绵块作为序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)的填料,考察在填充率、曝气量、进水水质等都相同的条件下运行情况。结果表明,投加不同尺寸填料的反应器对COD、NH_4^+-N的平均去除率都分别达到90%和95%,但对TN的去除差异明显。投加1.5 cm尺寸填料的反应器能更有效地去除TN,且填料上的生物膜最稳定,活性最好。实验结果为SBBR工艺选取更合理、有效的填料尺寸提供了一定的依据。In order to investigate the effect of filler size on the sequencing batch bio-film system, a cubic sponge block wi~ side lengths of 1, 1.5 and 2 cm was used as a filler for the sequencing batch bio-film reactor (SBBR) and operated under the same conditions of filling rate, aeration amount and influent water quality. The results showed that the average removal rates of COD and NH4+-N in reactors with different size fillers all reached 90% and 95%, respectively, but the removal rate of TN was different. The reactor with 1.5 cm size filler could remove TN more effectively, and the bio-film on the filler was the most stable and the activity was the best. The experimental results provide a basis for the SBBR process to select more reasonable and effective filler size.
