摘 要:介绍了某化工公司废水处理站的现状,针对该废水处理工程规模偏小、出水水质不能稳定满足提高后的接管要求、事故应急处置能力不足等问题,对该工程进行了升级改造,以期稳定达到接管标准。结果表明,在特殊废水和高浓废水经分类、分质预处理,主体工艺采用新建混凝沉淀、污泥沉淀区、好氧曝气池(PACT)好氧处理等措施改造后,对突发事故时废水排放的应急处置能力得到了提高,COD和NH_3-N、TN的质量浓度等分别从4 025 mg/L和80、150 mg/L降至380 mg/L和30、52 mg/L,出水水质均能达到排放要求,能够稳定达到接管标准。The status of wastewater treatment station of a chemical company was introduced. Aimed at the problems such as small scale of the wastewater treatment project, unstable effluent quality which cannot meet the improved take-over requirements, and the insufficient capacity of emergency disposal, etc., the upgrading and reconstruction of project was carried out. The results showed that, After pretreating the special wastewater and high concentration wastewater according to their classifications and different water properties, and applying new measures of coagulation sedimentation, sludge settling and PACT aerobic treatment as the main process, the emergency disposal ability ofwastewater discharge in accident was improved, and the COD and mass concentration ofNH3-N, TN decreased from 4 025 mg/L and 80, 150 mg/L to 380 and 30, 52 mg/L respectively, and the effluent quality could steadily meet with discharge requirement and municipal pipe network access standards.
