摘  要:采用萃取法处理汉达活性红BF-3B、汉达活性黄BF-3R、汉达活性黑B模拟的染色废水,通过分析萃取时间、相比、温度、染料初始质量浓度、pH值等因素对混合染液萃取效果的影响,得到最佳的萃取条件:萃取时间20 min,萃取温度25℃,染液初始质量浓度为0.1 g/L,三辛胺与稀释剂溶剂比为9∶1,混合染液与萃取剂体积比为4∶1,染液pH值为3,搅拌转速为760 r/min时,萃取率达到93.25%。The simulated dyeing wastewater of Handa Reactive Red BF-3B, Handa Reactive Yellow BF- 3R and Handa Reactive Black is treated with the extraction method. The effects of extraction time, sol- vent ratio, temperature, initial dye concentration and pH value on the extraction results of mixed dye so- lution are investigated. The optimum extraction conditions are: extraction at :25℃ for 20 min, the initial concentration of the dyeing solution is O.t g/L, the volume ratio of trioctylamine to diluent is 9: 1, the vol- ume ratio of dye solution to extractant is 4: 1, pH value is 3, and the stirring speed is 760 r/min, the ex- traction rate reaches 93.25%.
