摘　　要：棉织物常规加工中,漂底前处理工艺流程长、能耗大、用水量大,试验采用欧诺兰Super BLUE低碱氧漂工艺,缩短了漂底的工艺流程。工厂在常温缸与高温缸分别进行了实际生产,结果表明该工艺节水,成本低,工艺时间减少约1 h。To solve the bleaching problem of cotton fabric such as long process, large energy and water consumptions, the ORLAN Super BLUE low alkali oxygen bleaching process is used to shorten the pre- treatment process. The actual production of the factory is carried out in the normal temperature cylinder and the high temperature cylinder respectively. The results show that water saving and cost reduction of the process are obvious, and the process time is reduced by about 1 h.
