摘 要:以甲醛、双氰胺为主要原料,合成了一款新型改性阳离子脱色剂,结合一维红外光谱和二阶导数谱对其进行结构表征,同时研究了其对各种染料废水的脱色效果和COD去除率。结果表明:与市售常规脱色剂相比,新型改性阳离子脱色剂pH处理范围广,在酸性条件下也有较好的脱色效果,COD去除率更高,且无需与PAC、PAM复配使用,综合运行成本低。A new type of modified cationic decolorant is synthesized with formaldehyde and dicyandi- amide as the main raw materials, and its structure is characterized by ID-IR spectra and the secondary derivative IR spectra. The decolorization effect and COD removal rate of the dye wastewater are also studied. The experimental results show that the modified cationic decolorant has a wide range of pH val- ue application, and features a better decolorization effect under acidic conditions with higher removal rate of COD, and no necessary to be used with PAC and PAM, so its comprehensive operation cost is low compared with the conventional decolorizing agent in the market.
