摘　　要：目的:探索右归丸联合富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma PRP)对股骨颈骨折患者愈合治疗效果。方法:骨颈骨折患者50例,试验组和对照组随机各25例,均进行内固定术后应用PRP治疗,试验组增加右归丸。术后1年内(1、3、6、9、12月)进行定期随访观察并记录患者恢复情况。结果:试验组股骨头坏死1例,骨折愈合24例,股骨头坏死率4.00%,愈合率96.00%;对照组股骨头坏死7例,骨折愈合18例,股骨头坏死率28.00%,愈合率72.00%,1、3、6、9及12个月以北戴河标准髋关节功能(Harris)评分。试验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸联合PRP对股骨颈骨折愈合治疗有利于恢复愈合和改善患者预后,对骨折早期骨骼生长及骨密度恢复有促进作用,应用北戴河标准髋关节功能(Harris)评分试验组高于对照组,说明手术治疗后患者髋关节功能得到恢复。Objective： To explore the healing effect of the right reversion of Platelet- rich plasma PRP on the patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： 50 cases of bone neck fracture, The experimental group and control group were randomly assigned 25 cases, PRP treatment was performed after internal fixation, The experimental group increased the right return pill. The patients were observed and recorded in a regular follow - up period （ 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months）. Results： One case of femoral head necrosis was found in the test group, 24 cases of fracture healing, Femoral head necrosis rate was 4.00 %, The healing rate was 96.00 % ;There were 7 cases of femoral head necrosis in the control group, 18 cases of fracture healing, Femoral head necrosis rate was 28.00 %, The healing rate was 72.00 %, 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months with beidaihe standard hip joint function （Harris） score. The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of femoral neck fracture is helpful to rehabilitate and improve the prognosis of patients, The early bone growth and bone density recovery of the fracture were promoted, The nordai river standard hip joint function （Harris） score was higher than the control group, The function of hip joint was improved after operation.
