摘  要:目的:采用不同方法处理花茶后,通过测定铜、铁、锌、锰等无机元素含量,进而寻找最适合花茶的前处理方法。方法:采用火焰原子吸收法测不同消化方法处理后的常见花茶中锌、铜、铁、锰等无机元素含量。结果:不同消化方法处理后的花茶中铜、铁、锌、锰的含量不同。结论:对不同消化方法处理后的花茶测定其锌、铁、铜、锰的含量,得出酸解的消化效果最好,其次是干灰化,水溶法消化效果最差。混酸的比例不同对消化效果影响不明显,但对不同元素影响不同。Objective; After using different methods of scented tea, through the determination of zinc, copper, iron, manganese and other mineral elements content, then the method to find the most suitable for pretreatment of scented tea. Method: s By flame atomic absorption spectrometry after processing different digestion methods common scented tea of zinc, copper, iron, manganese and other mineral elements content. Results: Different digestion method after processing of scented tea of zinc, iron, copper, manganese content in the different. Conclusion: Processed tea of different digestion method of determination of zinc, iron, copper, manganese content, acid solutions are digestive effect is significantly better than that of dry ashing method, dry ashing effect is better than the method of water soluble. Different proportion of mixed acid digestion, and different effects on different elements.
