摘　　要：随着社会的发展,时代的改变,经济的提升,医学体制的不断改革,医患关系的持续紧张,患者对医生的专业技能、职业素养的要求不断提高,从而使得学校重视起对医学生的专业素养的教育。为了解在不断改革的医学体制下的专业素养现状,采用分层抽样的调查方法对某高等医学院校的250名在校临床医学生进行问卷调查,为提高临床医学生的专业素养,推进医疗事业的改革和发展,构建更加和谐的医患关系,培育更加优秀的临床医学人才的培养模式提供可行性建议。With the development of society, the era of change, economic improvement, reform of medical system, the doctor- patient relationship remained tense, the patient to the doctor＇s professional skills, occupation quality requirements continue to increase, which makes the school pay attention to medical students professional quality education. To understand the status of professional medical colleges and universities a the border area in the reform of the medical system, the investigation method of the stratified sampling, questionnaire survey of 250 college students of clinical medicine in medical colleges in a border area, in order to improve the clinical medical students＇ professional quality, promote the reform and development of the medical profession, to build a more harmonious doctor- patient relationship, provide feasible suggestions to cultivate more excellent clinical medical talents training mode.
