摘  要:西昌钢钒有限公司高炉使用钒钛矿,铁水含钒钛较高,炼钢采用提钒-炼钢的双联工艺,提钒过程的冷却工艺削弱了热源优势,半钢碳低、硅低、锰低和温度低的特点又造成炼钢转炉热源不足,成渣难等问题,限制了提钒炉和炼钢炉废钢比的提升。通过对提钒炉、炼钢炉提高废钢比的工艺研究和探索,西昌钢钒成功将全流程的废钢比从2%~6%的水平提升至7%~10%水平,并保证了转炉的炉体状况和钢水洁净度,在钒钛铁水冶炼的企业中处于先进水平。Xichang company's steelmaking plant adopts duplex steelmaking process which includes vanadium-extrac- ting and steelmaking. In the process, vanadium extracting reduces the total heat. After vanadium extracting, the product is called semi-steel. Compared with normal hot metal, semi-steel causes lots of steelmaking problems such as heat lack and low quality steel slag, for its low carbon and silicon and manganese and temperature. All of those mentioned limit plant's scrap metal and pig iron consumption. Through exploration and study, the total scrap ration is smoothly raised from 2% - 6% to 7% - 10%. Meanwhile, the converter refractory brick and steel clearness are safe. The plant's scrap ration takes a leadin~ nosition in the steelmakinz plants usin~ V-Ti hot metal.
