摘 要:鉴于安全壳结构全寿期安全监测要求,针对目前压水堆核电机组安全壳结构原有测试系统存在的不足,通过自动化技术实现安全壳结构内混凝土变位、应变、温度等测量数据的实时采集,建立了安全壳结构全寿期安全监测系统。该系统已在某在役压水堆核电机组安全壳结构中得到应用,首次实现在安全壳结构压力试验过程中采集所有测点完整的响应数据曲线,提升了每个压力平台的工作效率。该系统既提升了监测精度和时效,缩短大修关键路径,又实现了安全壳结构全寿期的监测功能,为安全壳结构安全评估提供了宝贵数据支撑。According to the requirement of the safety monitoring of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant and aim at the deficiency of the original measurement system,an automatic monitoring system of the containment structure was established by collecting the data of strain,deformation and temperature of containment concrete,which are obtained by the automatic acquisition technique in real time. The system has been applied in the strength test of an in-service pressurized nuclear power plant containment structure. And the working effectiveness of each pressured platform was improved by realizing the acquisition of the complete response data curve of the measuring points for the first time. This system not only improves the monitoring accuracy and time effectiveness, shortens the inspection key path, but also perfects the containment monitoring system,and provides the invaluable data for the assessment of the concrete structure.
