摘 要:主要研究湿拌砂浆保塑性的影响因素,通过方案设计和试验,归纳和总结出3个主要因素,分别是砂浆体系中的"保水"、砂浆体系中的需水量、砂浆体系中初期水化反应。湿拌砂浆的分层度相比保水率对砂浆保塑性更具有指导意义,分层度越小,砂浆保塑性越好;在一定条件下砂浆体系中需水量越大,砂浆保塑性越差;湿拌砂浆体系初期水化反应速度越慢,砂浆保塑性越好。Abstract:The article mainly researches on factors to plasticity preservation of wet-mixed mortar, summarizes three dominant factors by the method of schemetic design experiment,which were water retention in mortar system,water requirement in mortar system and initial hydration rate of cement in mortar system respectively. Coursing degree of wet mixed mortar compared water retention rate has more guiding meaning to the plasticity preservation of mortar, the smaller the coursing degree is,the betler the plasticity presevation of mortar. Under certain conditions,mortar system required more water,the plasticity preservation of mortar is relatively bad,the slower the initial hydration reaction speed in wet-mixed mortar system is,the better the plasticity preservation of mortar.
