摘 要:中缅天然气管道云南段沿线地形复杂,多处形成了大落差起伏,给清管作业带来极大的安全隐患。针对大落差管道受清管器剧烈冲击而引起应力集中及变形的问题进行研究,基于有限元法建立清管冲击模型,分析管道受冲击时的动力学特性及在不同内压、清管器速度、土壤性质影响下的受力规律。结果表明:大落差管道受清管器冲击时,冲击力随时间变化曲线呈脉冲型波动;管道内压对清管冲击载荷影响显著,管道最大应力随内压增大而增大;清管器速度对冲击载荷影响较小;土壤类型为软塑性时,管道最大应力及变形会显著增大,并出现管-土分离状况。研究结果可为解决起伏地势下大落差管道安全清管问题提供理论依据。It's topographically complex along China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline in Yunnan and many large relieves are formed, leading to great potential safety hazards in pigging operation. In this paper, the stress concentration and deformation of hilly pipeline caused by the violent dropping impact of pigs were investigated. Then, dropping impact model was established by means of finite element method to analyze the dynamic characteristics when the pipeline was impacted and the force regularities under the effect of internal pressure, pigging velocity and soil property. It is indicated that the relationship curve of impact force vs. time fluctuates in the shape of pulse when a hilly pipeline is impacted by a pig. The internal pipeline pressure has significant effect on the pigging impact load, and the maximum stress of the pipeline increases with the increase of the internal pressure while the pigging velocity has less effect on the impact load. Furthermore, when the soil is in the soft plastic state, the maximum stress and deformation of the pipeline increase significantly and pipe/soil separation occurs. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the safe pigging of hilly pipelines in undulating terrains.
