摘　　要：目的调查分析新疆地区HIV/AIDS患者不同CD_4^+T淋巴细胞计数分段脉象特点。方法共收集HIV/AIDS患者1644例,运用脉诊与专家分析相结合的方法采集脉象信息,对不同CD_4^+T淋巴细胞计数分段脉象特征进行比较和分析。结果 CD_4^+T淋巴细胞计数在200个/μl以下者,脉象以弱脉、虚脉为主;计数在201~350个/μl之间者,脉象以细脉为主;计数在351~500个/μl之间者,脉象以弦脉为主;计数在501个/μl以上者,脉象以滑脉为主。结论艾滋病病程不同,脉象特征亦不同。不同CD_4^+T淋巴细胞计数分段的脉象结果能够反映艾滋病发展阶段,可为艾滋病的中医辨证治疗及疗效判定提供参考。Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of segmental pulse tracings of different CD4^＋T-lymphocyte counts in HIV/AIDS patients in Xinjiang. Methods To collect the data of 1644 cases focusing on May 2011 ~ Mar 2012,the pulse information were collected by the combination of pulse diagnosis and expert analysis,were compared and analyzed the characteristics of different CD4^＋T-lymphocyte counts segmental pulse. Results When the group with count under 200 μl,is more likely found to be weak pulse and feeble pulse. When the group with count range from 201 μl to 350 u L,is more likely found to be thready pulse. When the group with count range from 351 u L to 500 μl,is more likely found to be wiry pulse. When the group with count up to 501μl,is more likely found to be slippery pulse. Conclusion The course of AIDS is different and the pulse characteristics are different. The pulse outcome of different CD4^＋T-lymphocyte counts can reflect the development stage of AIDS,which can provide reference for TCM treatment and treatment of AIDS.
