艾灸联合自拟仙黄汤治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸联合自拟仙黄汤治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法将76例恶性肿瘤且行放化疗后白细胞减少患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组38例给予地榆升白片、鲨肝醇片治疗,治疗组38例给予口服自拟仙黄汤及艾灸治疗;若白细胞数低于2×10^(-9)/L时,两组均给予重组人粒细胞刺激因子150μg皮下注射治疗,均连续治疗4周,观察两组患者临床疗效及白细胞数变化情况,评价其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为73.7%,二者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,治疗组治疗后白细胞升高更为明显,与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在改善临床症状及保护肝肾功能方面亦优于对照组。结论自拟仙黄汤联合艾灸治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少疗效更显著,能快速升高白细胞数且能保持稳定,较单纯口服中成药疗效更显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the self designed Xianhuang Decoction united moxibustion on treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods The 76 malignant tumor patients who were leucopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table. The control group was given the treatment of Diyushengbai tablet,Batilol tablet,while the treatmen group was given the treatment of the Herbal oral administration of self designed Xianhuang Decoction united moxibustion. If the white blood cell number was under 2. 0 × 10^9/L,given the treatment of the Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. Four weeks for a course of continuous treatment,to observe the clinical symptoms and the number of the White blood cell. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was92. 1%,and the control group was 73. 7%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Besides,in the treatmengroup,the the number of the white blood cell improved more than in the control group（ P 0. 05）,and in terms of the improvement of the clinical symptoms and the protection of renal function was also superior than the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of the treatment of the self designed Xianhuang Decoction united moxibustion on leukopenia after chemotherapy of malignant tumor is superior,and it can increase the white blood cell number quickly,and keep the renal function stability than to oral Chinese patent medicine,and it is worthly of popularized in clinic.
