摘 要:目的研究不同播种量对河西走廊栽培菘蓝Isatis indigotica Fort.生长、产量和品质的影响,确定最佳播种量。方法在大田环境下,设置55、65、75、85和95 kg·hm^(-2)共5个播量处理,定期采样测定生物量、收获时测定药材产量和品质,分析比较不同播种量下菘蓝生长、产量和药材质量的差异性。结果 55 kg·hm^(-2)和65 kg·hm^(-2)时,个体生长发育和药材产量构成因素明显优于播种量为85 kg·hm^(-2)和95 kg·hm^(-2),以75 kg·hm^(-2)播种量的药材折干率最高,达52.59%,大青叶和板蓝根的产量也是最高,分别为6455.4 kg·hm^(-2)和5208.89 kg·hm^(-2),检测成分(R,S)-告依春含量,以75 kg·hm^(-2)播种量的最高,为0.082%,比最低含量增加57.69%。结论播种量影响菘蓝的生长及药材的产量和品质,在河西走廊菘蓝产区,播种量以75 kg·hm^(-2)为宜。In order to explore the best seeding rate to cultivated Isatis indigotica Fort. in Hexi Corridor,seeding rate contrast experiment was conducted in different 55 kg·hm^-2,65 kg·hm^-2,75 kg·hm^-2,85 kg·hm^-2 and 95 kg·hm^-2 five treatments.During the experiment,the growth and development indicators as well as yield and quality of medical roots for the plant were measured accordingly at fixed period. The resulted showed that the plant growth development and yield component were significantly higher the low seeding rate( 55 kg·hm^-2 and 65 kg·hm^-2) compared with the high seeding rate( 85 kg·hm^-2 and 95 kg·hm^-2). Appropriate seeding rate of 75 kg·hm^-2 the dry rate reached 52. 59%,which significantly increased by 22. 85%.The seeding rate was 75 kg·hm^-2,the yield per unit area of folium isatidis and radix isatidis was 6455. 4 kg·hm^-2 and 5208. 89 kg·hm^-2,which significantly increased by 191. 63% and 44. 96%. The seeding rate of 75 kg·hm^-2 has the highest content of Epigoitrin reached 0. 082%,which significantly increased by 57. 69%. The Seeding rate of 75 kg·hm^-2 can achieve high yield and good quality of Radix isatidis,suggesting that the 75 kg·hm^-2 seeding rate cultivation should be advocated in the standardization production of the medical plant in Hexi Corridor.
