李时珍《本草纲目》痰邪致病理论探析

摘　　要：李时珍在《本草纲目》中收载了大量具有化痰功效的方药,在继承了前人论痰治痰学术思想的基础上,以五脏为核心,从寒、热、湿、燥等方面论述了痰邪致病机理及相关病证的论治,特别在化痰方药的运用方面有较大的创见,补充和丰富了中医痰病学的内容,有很强的临床指导意义。文章整理分析了《本草纲目》中有关痰邪致病和相关化痰方药运用的内容,探讨了李时珍对痰邪致病理论的认识,总结了《本草纲目》论痰治痰的学术特点。《Compendium of Materia Medica》writed by Li shizhen recorded a great quantity of prescription which can resolve phlegm. Based oil the academic thoughts about phlegm, he inherited the previous generation of disease theory, and combined with his own medical practice to improve the contents of the phlegm retention recorded in the Compendium of Materia Medica from cold, fever, dampness and dryness. This article summarized the characteristics of phlegm medication in Compendium of Mateila Medica, including the priority drug for phlegm retention, headache, vertigo, epilepsy and various wind medication characteristics. This article tiled to discuss the relevant content of phlegm retention treatment of Compendium of Materia Medica. It possess great clinical guiding significance.
