阿达木单抗成功治疗急性泛发性脓疱型银屑病1例

摘　　要：患者女,27岁。全身红斑鳞屑10余年,加重伴脓疱、发热10天。诊断:急性泛发性脓疱型银屑病。该例患者皮疹多样,包括红斑、大斑块、脓疱多种形态,皮疹累及全身,PSAI 42.5,BSA 58%,PGA 5,DLQI 30。治疗:阿达木单抗,第1周80mg皮下注射,第2周及以后每2周40mg皮下注射(共9次注射),全身皮疹全部消退,疗效显著。A 27-year-old female presented with a history of erythemas and scales for more than 10 years,which were aggravated with pustules and fever for 10 daysThe diagnosis was acute generalized pustular psoriasisThe patient developed a variety of rashes,including erythemas,large plaques and various forms of pustules,which involved the whole bodyThe index and scores of psoriasis were as follows：PASI 425,BSA 58%,PGA 5,and DLQI 30Treatment methods included subcutaneous injection of adalimumab（80mg） in the first week and 40mg in the second week and every two weeks thereafter（9 times in total）Her rashes completely resolved,and adalimumab has a remarkable therapeutic effect.
