摘　　要：患者男,47岁。面部黄红色斑块、结节2年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内大量的组织细胞浸润,其间有较多的淋巴细胞及浆细胞,组织细胞质见伸入运动。组织细胞染色S-100(+)、CD68(+)及CD1a(-)。诊断:皮肤Rosai-Dorfman病。给予沙利度胺口服及皮损内激素注射治疗2年,效果可。A 46-year-old male presented with yellow-red plaques and nodules on the face for 2 yearsHistopathological examination showed a dense dermal infiltrate of histiocytes with scattered lymphocytes and plasma cellsEmperipolesis could be seen in histiocytesHistiocytes stain were positive for S100 protein and CD68,but negative for CD1aThus,the diagnosis of cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease was madeThe lesions had a good response to the treatment of thalidomide and intralesional injection of corticosteroid in 2 years.
