过敏性紫癜伴发肠套叠致急性肠梗阻及急性阑尾炎1例

摘　　要：患者男,17岁,双下肢瘀点伴关节肿痛7天,诊断为过敏性紫癜。入院第5天出现右下腹疼痛,伴有便中带血;急查腹部X线示:回盲部肠管结构紊乱,部分层面呈"同心圆"改变;剖腹探查示:肠梗阻,阑尾充血肿胀。术中诊断为"肠套叠、急性肠梗阻、急性阑尾炎",给予急诊手术治疗,2周后好转出院。A 17-year-old patient presented with petechiae on his legs,accompanied by joint swelling and pain for seven days,which was diagnosed initially as Henoch-Schonlein PurpuraOn the fifth day of admission,the patient complained of pain in the right lower abdommen and blood in the stoolAbdominal X-ray revealed abnormal ileocecal structure and “concentric” changes in some areasLaparotomy showed intestinal obstruction and appendicular hyperemia and swellingIntraoperative diagnosis was “intussusception,intestinal obstruction and acute appendicitis”Two weeks after emergency operation,the patient recovered and was discharged from hospital.
