摘　　要：真皮干细胞是一类有广泛应用前景的再生医学种子细胞。按照体外培养细胞形态,真皮干细胞主要有两类,一为贴壁生长的间充质干细胞,二为悬浮生长的皮肤前体细胞。本文就两类细胞的异同与相互关系进行综述,从其分离培养方法、形态学、标志物、分化潜能等方面展开比较讨论。Dermal stem cells are seed cells for regenerative medicine with broad application pros- pects. According to the morphology of cells cultured in vitro, dermal stem cells can be divided into two categories ： mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） that grow adherently, and skin-drived precursor cells（SKPs） that grow suspendedly. This paper is aimed to re- view the similarities and differences of these two kinds of stem cells as well as their relationship ,and to compare the isolation and culture methods, morphology, markers and differentiation potential.
