摘 要:以丙烯酸酯类单体、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)为主要原料,通过半连续种子乳液法制备得到耐水性有机硅改性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电镜、差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、粒径分析等表征了产物的结构形貌及相关性能;并对聚合条件进行初步探索,研究了不同比例的乳化剂、引发剂对乳液性能的影响;同时讨论了TPGDA及KH560对乳液粒径、稳定性以及乳胶膜的耐水性、吸水率和接触角等性能的影响。结果表明,采用种子乳液法作为聚合方式,当乳化剂质量分数为4%,引发剂质量分数为0.3%,TPGDA质量分数为0.15%,KH560质量分数为0.35%时,制备的硅丙乳液具有优良的稳定性,平均粒径为109.1nm,乳胶膜的水接触角为81.5°,吸水率为8.67%,耐水性高达168h。A water resistance self-cross linking acrylate modified with silicone was synthesized by semi-continuous seed process.The acrylic monomers,tripropylene glycol diacrylate TPGDA ,3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane KH560 were used as main materials.The structures and properties of the polymer were characterized by FT-IR,TEM,DSC,TGA,DLS.The polymerization technique was explored,then the effects of different proportions of emulsifier and initiator were studied.Simultaneously,the influences of TPGDA and KH560 on the particle size and stability of emulsion,and water resistance,water absorption and water contact angle of films were discussed.The results indicate that when semi-continuous seed process is used as polymerization method,and the amount of emulsifier is 4%,initiator is 0.3%,TPGDA is 0.15% and KH560 is0.35%,the emulsion has excellent stability and the average particle size is 109.1 nm.The water contact angle of film is 81.5°,water absorption is 8.67% and the water resistance is up to 168 h.
