摘 要:采用含硫硅烷偶联剂(双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物,Si69)改性多层氧化石墨烯(MGO),制备出改性多层氧化石墨烯(SMGO),并采用红外光谱、紫外光谱、扫描电镜对其进行表征分析。进一步利用机械共混法制备出SMGO/NR复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能、动态内耗性能,并与MGO/NR复合材料进行对比。结果表明,Si69成功接枝到MGO上;相比纯胶,当添加2phr SMGO时,复合材料的拉伸性能提高57%,tanδ值降低21.4%。The modified of mutilayer graphene oxide(SMGO)was prepared by treating mutilayer graphene oxide with bis-(γ-triethoxysilylpropy)-tetrasulfide(Si69).The SMGO was characterized by FT-IR,UV,SEM.The SMGO/NR composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method.Mechanical properties and dynamic internal frictionof SMGO/NR compositeswere investigated and compared with those of MGO/NR composites.The results show that the parts of carboxyl of mutilayer graphene oxide are eliminated effectively by Si69.It is account for that the dispersity of mutilayer graphene oxide in NR is improved.Adding 2 phr SMGO,the tensile property of composites is increased by 57% and dynamic internal friction of composites is reduced by 21.4%.
