摘 要:目的探讨不同来源丹参种子对药材质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法对不同种源丹参引种栽培后药材进行丹参酮类和丹酚酸B的含量测定。结果种子来源对丹参药材隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量影响较大,种子源为方城和卢氏的丹参药材质量较高。结论山东、河南传统产区和主产区的丹参种子均能满足生产的需求。Objective To explore the influence of different seeds on the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza, to determine the seed source of high quality Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods HPLC is used to determine the content of Salvia miltiorrhiza and salvianolic acid B. Results The effects of different seeds on the tanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ and salvianolic acid B contents of S.miltiorrhiza are significant. The quality of S.miltiorrhiza are higher in Fangcheng and Lushi. Conclusion The shandong province and henan province are the traditional producing areas and main producing areas of S.miltiorrhiza, and seed quality can meet the requirements of production.
