摘  要:黄芩药用历史悠久,现代医学研究发现其具备解热、抗炎、抗微生物、抗氧化等药理作用,因而被广泛应用于临床。黄芩中的主要有效成分之一是黄芩苷,但其水溶性和脂溶性均较差,在胃肠道中吸收不好、生物利用度低,因此限制了在临床上的应用。对近年来国内外学者在黄芩苷制剂方法和药物配伍方面的研究取得的进步加以概述,总结提高黄芩苷生物利用度的研究进展,以期为进一步促进黄芩苷的临床开发提供参考。Scutellaria baicalensis has been used as traditional Chinese medicine for a long time, which has been discovered to possess the pharmacological effects of antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antioxidant, et al. Therefore it is widely used in clinic. Baicalin is one of the main active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis. But its poor water solubility and lipid solubility result in its poor absorption in the gastrointestinal tract and low bioavailability, thus limiting the clinical application. The study provides an overview of the studies at home and abroad on the baicalin preparation method and drug compatibility in recent years and summarizes the research progress on improving the bioavailability of baicalin, in hopes of providing a reference for further promoting the clinical development of baicalin.
