摘 要:用蒙特卡罗法模拟中子活化过程来测量成品原油的含水率,原油含水率测量的蒙特卡罗模拟过程用MCNP程序来实现,蒙特卡罗模拟过程与计算过程使用相同的三维粒子输运模型.MCNP程序模拟中子活化方法测量原油含水率时,可以得到含水率不同的原油与透射计数和散射计数的关系,原油含水率与含氧特征峰的线性关系.比较分析MCNP模拟得到的数据和计算数据,来证明蒙特卡罗模拟计算测量原油含水率是否可行.最终,蒙特卡罗模拟计算结果为原油含水率测量的相关仪表的研制提供参考.The moisture content of crude oil is measured by the Monte Carlo method to simulate neutron activation analysis method,the Monte Carol simulation process for measuring the moisture content of crude oil is realized by MCNP program and using the same three-dimensional particle transport model. The moisture content of crude oil is measured by using MCNP program simulation measurement processes. The relationship between the water content of crude oil and transmission counts and scattering counts can be obtained,and the oxygen-containing characteristic peak can also be obtained. The experimental data obtained by MCNP simulation are compared with the calculated data, it is proved that Monte Carlo simulation is feasible for measuring the moisture content of crude oil. Finally,The simulation data of Monte Carlo provided reference for the development of crude oil moisture related instruments.
