单胎足月初产妇年龄与产程时间的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单胎足月初产妇年龄与各产程时间的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院南湖院区5年来不同年龄段单胎足月初产妇各产程时间,应用方差分析比较各组间计量资料,以P <0. 05为差异有统计学意义。结果随着年龄增加,不同年龄段各产程时间依次递增,30岁以下组各产程时间均较30岁以上组缩短。结论随着年龄增加,各产程时间均呈递增趋势,20~29岁可能为阴式分娩最佳年龄。Objective To investigate the correlation between the age and labor-time of singleton term primiparities.Methods Analyze retrospectively the labor-time of different ages singleton term primiparities in our hospital within five years,with analysis of variance. Results The labor-time increases following the age increases,the three labor-times of less under 30 year of age are shorter than those of above 30 year of age. Conclusion The labor-time increases following the age increases,20 to 29 year of age may be the best age for the vaginal delivery.
