摘  要:为了提高压缩式封隔器坐封后胶筒与套管壁间的接触应力和胶筒的使用寿命,本文设计出一种外形轮廓为波浪形的新型胶筒。运用有限元仿真软件模拟了封隔器胶筒的工作原理,通过改变波浪形胶筒的波浪数量n和波浪高度h,掌握了波浪形胶筒与套管壁的接触应力分布规律和胶筒的Mises应力变化规律,同时分析了胶筒硬度对封隔器胶筒力学性能的影响。结果表明:新型波浪形胶筒与套管间的最大接触应力比常规封隔器胶筒提高了1.07倍~2.01倍;波浪数量n=5,波浪高度h=3mm的波浪形胶筒Mises应力比常规胶筒Mises应力降低了约62.65%。新型波浪形胶筒增加了封隔器胶筒与套管间的接触应力,降低了胶筒的Mises应力,提高了封隔器的密封性能和封隔器胶筒的使用寿命,研究结果对开发高性能压缩式封隔器具有一定的参考意义。In order to improve the contact stress between the rubber and the casing wall and the service life of the rubber cylinder after compression packer rubber sealing, the finite element simulation software is used to simulate the packer sealing. The regularities of distribution of contact stress with the casing and the Mises stress of the wave rubber are analyzed by changing the wave number n and the wave height h and the influence of different hardness of the rubber on the mechanical properties of the packer is analyzed. The results obtained show that the maximum contact stress between the new wave rubber and the casing are 1.07 times to 2.01 times higher than those of the conventional packer. The Mises stress of wave rubber with wave number n=5 and wave height h=3 mm are reduced by about 62.65% compared with that of conventional Mises stress. The wave shaped rubber increases the contact stress between the packer and the casing, reduces the Mises stress of the rubber, improve the sealing performance of packer and the service life of the packer rubber, and the research result has certain reference significance for the development of high performance compression packer.
