超级电容器用Ni/Co二元氧化物的制备及性能

摘  要:通过简易的两步法,以pH=9.75的NH_3-NH_4^+缓冲溶液作为沉淀剂,将不同物质的量比的Ni氧化物与Co氧化物复合,在600℃下煅烧,制得Ni/Co二元氧化物(NCBO)。当n(Ni)∶n(Co)=3∶1时,制得的NCBO的性能较好。XRD和SEM测试结果表明:该样品的结晶度最好,颗粒分布最均匀。电化学测试结果表明:该样品的初始内阻为0.199 1Ω,导电性良好,以1 A/g和2 A/g的电流在0~0.35 V充放电,比电容分别为627 F/g和545 F/g;以1 A/g循环1 000次的电容保持率为65%。The Ni/Co binary oxide(NCBO) with different amount of substance ratios was prepared by simple two-step method by using NH3 -NH4+ buffer solution( pH = 9. 75 ) as the precipitating agent and calcined at 600℃. XRD and SEM tests showed that the crystallinity of NCBO prepared at n (Ni) : n (Co) = 3:1 had the best electrochemical performance and the distribution of particles was the most uniform. The results of electrochemical tests showed that the initial internal resistance was 0. 199 1 Ω,which had the best conductivity. The specific capacitance was 627 F/g and 545 F/g when the current was 1 A/g and 2 A/g in 0 - 0. 35 V, respectively. After 1 000 cycles with 1 A/g,the capacitance retention was 65%.
