摘　　要：目的:对纳入按单病种支付的乳腺良性肿瘤病种的费用与成本特征进行分析,并研究按单病种支付标准与医院实际发生的医疗费用之间的差异。方法:收集广东省南方医科大学珠江医院2014-2017年乳腺良性肿瘤的相关数据,分析病种均次费用结构并进行病种成本测算。结果:病种成本高于病种费用,且单病种定额标准难以弥补医院亏损。结论:改善单病种费用结构,促进合理控制费用,同时完善单病种测算方法,制定科学合理的结算标准,推进按单病种支付制度的建立和完善。Objective： To analyze the costs and cost characteristics of breastbenign tumor paid by the single disease, and to study the differences between the standard of payment of single disease and the medical expenses of the hospital. Methods： The relevant data of breast benign tumor in a large tertiary hospital of Guangzhou from 2014 to 2017 were collected, and the cost structure of the disease was analyzed and the cost of the disease was calculated. Results： The cost of disease was higher than the expenses of disease, and the standard of single disease was difficult to make up for the loss of hospital. Conclusion： It needed to improve the cost structure of single disease, promote the reasonable control cost, improve the method of single disease calculation, formulate scientific and reasonable settlement standards, and promote the establishment and improvement of the payment system according to the single disease.
