摘 要:目的:通过对门诊药学服务能力的综合评价,为改进门诊药学服务质量提供合理化建议。方法:利用改良Mini-CEX及因子分析法对陕西省13家县级医院门诊药学服务进行评价。结果:药学人员处方审核相对合理,不同工龄和年龄统计学检验差异显著。改良Mini-CEX评估总体均分29.02分,相对较低;因子分析法综合评价药学人员服务能力得分1.25分,与平均值2.22分比较处于中等偏上水平。建议:适应新的医药卫生体制改革,不断提高技术能力;开设门诊药物咨询室,满足患者个体化需求;建立"以患者为中心"的药学服务模式。Objective: It aimed to provide reasonable recommendations for quality improvement of out-patient pharmaceutical care based on the comprehensive evaluation of outpatient pharmaceutical capacity. Methods: Revised Mini-CEX(mini-clinical evaluation exercise) with factor analysis was employed for the analysis of out-patient pharmacy service with 13 county hospitals. Results: Description auditing was relatively reasonable. Statistics analysis found there were significant difference with different working years and ages. The average score of revised Mini-CEX results was 29.02 score, which was relatively low. Factor analysis found workers' general ability with the score of 1.25 above middle level compared with average score of 2.22. Suggestion: It suggested to adapt new medical reform for the improvement of pharmaceutical workers' technical ability, establish consulting room to satisfy the individual demands of patients and set up "patient centered" pharmaceutical care model.
