摘　　要：随着供给侧结构性改革的推进,在成本一效益原则下,一方面政府需要调整资金结构,提升资金投入绩效,优化医疗卫生资源配置;另一方面,在医院实施医药分开综合改革后,医院需要控制成本,提高医疗设备使用效率。同时,共享经济在全球各个领域得到飞速发展,医疗行业势在必行,因此有必要探索和研究医疗设备在医院之间的共享模式。With the structural reform advance of the supply side, under the cost benefit principle, the government needed to adjust the capital structure, improve the performance of capital investment and optimize the allocation of medical and health resources, while the hospital needed to control the cost and improve the use efficiency of medical equipment after the implementation of the comprehensive and comprehensive reform of medicine. Meanwhile, the shared economy has been developing rapidly in all fields of the world, especially in medical industry. There-fore, it was necessary to explore and study the sharing mode of medical equipment between hospitals.
