摘  要:【目的/意义】为了解决新近发表文献大多零被引、被引多是自引的问题,本文基于论文所在期刊的复合影响因子,对p指数改进,提出pi指数计算方法,用以合理有效地进行人才评价。【方法/过程】以图书情报学领域2015—2016年的发文情况为例,运用pi指数识别近两年该学科的主要贡献者,并分析pi指数与p指数、h指数的评价效果;以图书情报学三位不同年龄段和不同发文情况的优秀学者为例,分析pi指数对中高龄学者与年轻学者的评价效果。【结果/结论】研究发现pi指数在评价新近发表文献时,较h指数、p指数表现出更好的评价效果,可用于识别近期某研究领域的主要贡献者;另外pi指数对优秀青年人才具有较好的识别能力,可作为一个较公平和客观的人才评价指标。【Purpose/significance】In order to reduce the impact of zero citation and self-citation problem of newly published papers, this paper improves the p-index based on the compound impact factors of journals and proposes pi-index calculation method to evaluate the talents rationally and effectively.【Method/process】Taking the published paper data in the field of library and information science from 2015 to 2016 as an example, this paper uses pi-index to identify the main contributors to this subject in recent years and analyzes the evaluation results of pi-index, p-index and h-index. Then, taking the example of three outstanding scholars in different age stage in the field of library and information science, this paper analyzes the effect of pi-index on the evaluation of middle and old scholars and young scholars.【Result/conclusion】It is found that pi-index has a better evaluation effect than the h-index and p-index in the evaluation of newly published paper,and it can be used to identify major subject contributors in a recent years; In addition, pi-index has a good ability to identify outstanding young talent as a more fair and objective evaluation index of talent.
